Partner Responsibility

1. Manufacturing partners ship components directly to customers once production is complete.
2. Shipping costs are calculated based on dimensions, weight, destination, and selected speed, and are reflected in your final order total.
3. Partners are responsible for professional packaging to ensure quality during transit.

Delivery Timelines and Risk

1. Estimated lead times: Lead times shown on quotes and confirmations are projections based on facility capacity and carrier standards.
2. Production commencement: Manufacturing begins only after financial payment clears and you grant approval to the partner.
3. Transit risk: Risk and title transfer to you when the partner hands the components to the carrier (Ex Works). Yantra Bhavan is not liable for loss, damage, or theft during transit.
4. Customs and import duties: Customers pay all customs duties, taxes, and fees when orders ship internationally.

Shipping Disputes

If a dispute arises (non-delivery, extreme delay, etc.), Yantra Bhavan assists by liaising with the manufacturing partner and transmitting shipping data, but we are not liable for carrier performance.
