- Payment details are handled by our third-party processor and are not stored on Yantra Bhavan.
Design data (file data)
- Original design files (STL, STEP, OBJ) are analyzed locally and only transmitted after explicit order authorization.
- Geometric metadata (volume, surface area, bounding box) is collected to establish instant proposals and stored on secure infrastructure.
- Authorized design data is shared with the selected manufacturing partner solely for the fulfillment of your job.

Connection details like IP address, browser, device, and usage timing is logged for analytics and network security.
2. How we use your information
- To operate and optimize the manufacturing network, including the RFQ pipeline.
- To support analysis engines that enable responsive proposals.
- To share fulfillment specifications (authorized design data, specs, delivery address) with the chosen manufacturing partner.
- To enforce quality standards, prevent unauthorized access, and maintain platform integrity.
3. Sharing of information
With the selected manufacturing partner
Only authorized design data, delivery coordinates, and project requirements are transmitted to the specific manufacturing partner you authorized for production.
Legal and security requirements
Information may be disclosed if required by law or to protect Yantra Bhavan’s rights and safety.
Third-party service providers
Providers that handle payments, analytics, and shipping services receive the minimum data needed to perform services under strict usage limits.
4. Data lifecycle and security
Data retention
Personal data and geometric metadata are retained while your account is active or as required to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

Authorized designs are archived and purged once fulfillment is confirmed, in accordance with the Master Terms and Partner Workspace Agreement.

We rely on industry-standard encryption and firewalls, but no solution can guarantee absolute security.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal limitations. Submit requests through the support channels surfaced within the Yantra Bhavan marketplace.
