Vendor Guide

Opening Your Digital Manufacturing Shop

Think of the Partner Dashboard as your digital workshop. You need a sign (Branding), a menu of services (Catalog), and a cash register (Bank Details) before customers can walk in.

Partner Onboarding Workflow

Step 1: The Command Centre

Your profile is what engineers and makers see first. Configure your facility details, including your business registration (GSTIN), and set up your unique shop identity.

  • KYC: Complete your identity verification to enable payments.
  • Facility Branding: Add logos and workshop photos to build trust.
  • Custom Slug: Claim your URL (e.g., yantrabhavan.com/shop/your-name).

Step 2: Onboard Your Equipment

List every machine in your facility. From desktop printers to professional CNC mills, each unit adds to your capacity. Enter machine-specific data like purchase price, power wattage, and precision limits. Our system uses these to calculate your blended hourly rates automatically.

Step 3: Define Material Recipes

Create a menu of materials you stock. Set your internal cost per gram, density, and waste allowances.

Pro Tip: Including 'Waste Percent' (e.g. 20%) ensures you are compensated for support structures and purge material.

Step 4: The Rate Card Bridge

A Rate Card is the final piece. It bridges one Machine with one Material to create a searchable listing. When a customer uploads a design, our engine finds your active profiles and provides an instant quote based on your specific facility math.
